That was like...pulling teeth
« on: February 20, 2003, 12:55:20 PM »
Just got back from having my wisdom teeth pulled.  I\'m posting here because I can\'t talk much until the novocain wears off.

Anyway, anyone who bitches about that procedure really, is a total pussy.  That was some easy shit, especially by comparison.  I had my two front teeth broken into pieces playing hockey a while back.  I got high sticked, and about 2/3 of those teeth ended up in my upper lip.  The rebuilding of those teeth...now that was a painful procedure.  This was nothing though.  I\'m just pissed that I can\'t do anything for a couple days :(

Have you ever had a needle in your cheeck? I swear it is the scariest thing ever. It feels like it goes right through.

Dentists don\'t bother me to be honest, which reminds me I have a check up next week.

lol, is your dentist Dr. Bob? He always calls me "Hunny"

/me shudders at the though of a very friendly old man with sharp objects.

Anyways, yeah I had to have my teeth pulled twice, two molars each time, bottom right and top left.

The first time the damn bastard opened my mouth with a hook, it\'s still kind of sensitive there. The worst part is, he billed us without even telling my parents that he was gonna pull them beforehand.:rpissed:

Thats why we switched to Dr. Bob. *shudder*

That was just plain stupid man.:crap:

I had five wisdom teeth pulled out and yes, it was no fun. I ended up with dry socket and that is painful.

I got lucky in the tooth department... I have never had a cavity, all my wisdom teeth are in (and will never have to be removed, unless they get cavities) and all my teeth are atraight.  Hey, Juslight has a Snaggle tooth story for everyone  (And they arent about his teeth)  Come on Juslight.  Tell the group about Coatrack :)  muhahahahaaa

Less than an hour.

Ugh, I have this horrible taste in my mouth, and I can\'t figure out what it is (insert jokes here).  At least the novocain has worn off.

I had 3 of them out at a time, it wasn\'t so bad during, it just had major aches around the area and up to my head after the numbness died down for a few hours.

I still have one more to be yanked. :(
