Okay, here\'s the deal:

The Deal: We\'re going to be changing our name, covering all consoles, updating more often, and adding all sorts of new content to the site in the upcoming months.

The first thing we need is a new name. I haven\'t found much out there, so I\'m asking for your help.

Rules

Please check all domain names for availability before suggesting. This can be done somewhere like http://www.dotster.com

Gaming related would be nice, but be creative. If it\'s a cool name, maybe we can figure out a way to tie it in.

Prize I\'ve got all sorts of stuff I can dig up for the winner like movie posters or banners, if you live in the US or Canada, I can get you AMC theatres movie passes. Otherwise I have a Jak II demo, an Xbox backpack and some other cool stuff I can send your way. All you have to do is be the one that comes up with a name.

As far as it being broke. All of the staff have interests in all of the consoles, and the companies out there are interested in us covering everything, so we\'re going to do it. Psx2central doesn\'t exactly scream multi-console, so that\'s why we need a new name.

I think an increase of traffic would do the forum some good. We wouldn\'t have tons and tons of new people, but there would be a little more action.

I\'d like to stick to a .com name, unless it\'s really good, but I\'m open to any idea.

Don\'t worry about new people coming in.  It\'s not like we are going to let the splooge all over the place.  We keep a tidy shop and  we\'ll do our best to keep it that way.


What about a retro title that makes you think of gaming?  SOmething of the Coleco/Intellivision/Atari era.  Just something that symbolizes gaming?

The goal is something that sounds professional, and something that indicates a general focus on games. I looked through about 6,000 game related domain names that were supposedly expired (though most of them weren\'t) and didn\'t find a whole lot of good stuff. I know there\'s something good out there, and hope as a collective, we can find it.
