Half-Life 2, Halo 2, and Fable all cleaned up.

Is that based on presenation or gameplay impressions at the show?  I\'m not concerned with HL2 or Halo 2...but I am with Fable.  I haven\'t heard all that many impressions...perhaps I need to go digging for some.

Dead or Alive: Online made best fighting game?  lack of competition perhaps?  Any impressions on new gameplay or something?

Nice to see Jak II and Ninja Gaiden made best action list.

I didn\'t know about this Vampire Masquerade RPG...I\'ll have to look in to it.

I\'m stoked to see F-Zero GX on best racing games, along with Mario Kart.

It also looks like we will be receiving Nintendo Puzzle Collection after all...nice:)

because of three titles (if xbox has more, i have little concern to count)

halo2, full spectrum warrior, and fable

sad to see xbox has 2/3 of its big items are gimmicks

either way, PC > all

I think mediocre selling is due to pirated XBOX titles too.Because XBOX is very easy to get it chipped (not to mention the few extra applications etc) most people buy pirated software.Anyone I know that owns an XBOX buy pirated games.

BTW mm you have stated before that many good XBOX tites could have sold more if they were on PS2.So its not just a matter of let down titles. So why now do you believ its a matter of let down titles?

they would have sold more *because* there are 3x (or more) the amount of PS2\'s as there are xbox\'s  *not* because the game would be any better

a matter of let down titles because people LOVE hype.  they LOVE anticipation.  they ignore EVERY SINGLE instance of previous let down titles

i bet if they made a gunvalkryie 2, xbox fanatics would claim its the second coming of christ (untill they played it)

Its not about let down titles if its due to the amount of PS2s compared to XBOXs.PS2 had even more let down titles. And hype increases sales.

Thats exactly why sales are more than what the title deserves. This dont have to do with mediocre selling.

And I dont know whats wrong with games like PDO.That\'s a great game.

When did a Panzer Dragoon game ever sell well?

It\'s a rail shooter...hardly mass appeal.

What are gimmicky about 2/3rds of XBox games?

And where did PDO, Mech Assault, and GV (especially GV) get any hype besides on petty messageboards?

and Mech Assault sold well over 300k, if I am not mistaken. How is that piss poor for a mech game in the US?

EB....

Boy did they hype them titles like there was no tommorow, in fact they would even make it a point to ask you at least twice in some cases.

once when you just got in the door , and then again for a second time if you where purchasing a game.

its was a bit like this but with plugging x box games insted of small talk.
