All of these have also been registered to cover all of the bases with a good domain name.

It\'s not fancy, but it\'s professional sounding, and will reflect our desire to cover all covers, not just with reviews, but columns and commentary as well. The shorter URL\'s will make it easier to remember, and easier to type in as well.

We\'ve got a lot of new, great ideas for the site, which will slowly roll out begininning June 10th. Not all of them will happen at once, but you guys will like it, even the ones that never go to the main page.

You won\'t have to re-register. Bjorn\'s still going to run the boards, but I guess the name might change here, or both url\'s will point here more than likely. We\'re still working that out, but you won\'t have to do anything different.

Yeah, I\'ve been thinking a contest for the new logo would be good. I think we\'ll probably do that.

one thing you need to do is fix the time....mine is at gmt+1 but I am in the eastern time zone in the USA which is now GMT -5.

Im glad that the site is being reworked but the name is lame as hell. Why journal? that makes no sense considering its not really a journal. Should be something more cutting egde that would grab peoples attencion. I say screw being proffesional in a way thats already been done. Be creative dammit.

Journal as in "Wall Street Journal" or any other newspaper with a similar name. It\'s easy to remember and professional, which is what I was looking for. We tried to be creative, and the sad fact is that there\'s not much out there as far as domain names go. Of the top 10 suggestions you guys gave, only 1 of them was not taken. It\'s quite difficult picking a good name, trust me. You might not like it, and that\'s cool, but a lot of time and effort went into picking the name, and it\'s a good one.

Yeah well. the fact is that the name is a different type of professional and you have no "the" in it making it not even resemble what your trying to achive. Out of all the names in the world im sure there could have been something else available. Im not trying to down on any of your creativity or the idea, but i just think that it is somewhat flawed and could be reconsidered. I am not trying to tell you what to do, im just adding my opinion.

I think all the names but the first are OK.
