I would go with the first one, more memory is always better and it also has DVI which will improve the picture quality if you have a TFT monitor. I don\'t see why it shouldn\'t work with your MB.

Is there any other manufacturer? inno cards arent that great.
i got a leadtek A250 LE td VIVO Ti4200 128mb, tis teh bomb.

its also cheaper than the inno, another great manufacturer is MSI.

I went with the Inno3D GeForce4 Ti4200 128Mb DDR AGP DVI TV-Out on the advice of mm and a few others, so it will be here on Friday and I\'ll let you know how it turns out.

Well, came about 30 mins ago, all is working now, only tested with CS at the mo coz that\'s all I have, much better, I turned up FSAA and all that crap and was topping out even in smoke, very nice. Now I\'m gonna go download the Raven Sheild demo, I remember trying to play that before I got a new CPU, Video card and RAM, it was just scary :)
