This news is about 4 months old. The new site is called VGJournal or something.

The forums are staying as is I think, but they will be linked which means more traffic.

is the new site going to be that good though coz the boards may turn into like way 2 many members, its good the way it is now but if loadsa people start coming the boards will lose there individuality
