looks kinda good, but misses something that stikcs out, needs more special effects etc,  the screens look really lifeless, need a bit of work imo

I almost thought they got bumpmapping down in that 6th pic but im sure its just texture. What is lacking in this game are crisp textures, better geometry (more polys), and if you are going to make a FPS then at least make the weapon look decent. Not only this but it doesnt seem very swat-like. It looks very shalow.
