A midget could have made the difference in last Monday Night Football\'s game.
5:09: Colts\' Brad Pyatt returns ensuing kickoff 90 yards to Bucs 12.
3:43: Four plays later, James Mungro scores on 3-yard run. Bucs 35, Colts 21.
3:37: Colts recover onside kick, and Manning completes passes of 15, 11 and 9 yards.
2:29: Manning connects with Marvin Harrison for 29-yard TD pass. Bucs 35, Colts 28.
2:27: A second onside kick attempt fails, and Bucs recover at Colts 45.
1:48: Tom Tupa punts to Colts 15 after three runs and unnecessary roughness penalty.
1:28: Manning hits Harrison for 53 yards to Bucs 6 after 12-yard pass and roughing-the-passer penalty.
0:38: Colts RB Ricky Williams gains 5 yards, then scores 1-yard TD. Bucs 35, Colts 35.
OVERTIME
10:40, OT: Bucs get first possession, run 10 plays but drive stalls; Tupa punts to Colts 13.
3:57, OT: Manning drives Colts to Bucs 22 in 14 plays. Mike Vanderjagt 40-yard field goal try is wide right, but unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on Simeon Rice moves ball to 11.
3:50, OT: Vanderjagt\'s 29-yard kick is helped by deflection at line, hits right upright and goes through. Colts 38, Bucs 35.....or blocked by a midget and the Bucs get another chance!

Rule Change : allow player to propell a team mate to block field goals or tossed over a pile and into goal line.
Result - midgets finally break into the sports world as viable players! Imagine an overtime field goal attempt is suddenly thwarted by a 3 foot Mongolian midget! And not just ~a~ midget....but two or three flying through the air to block it! Or how a quarterback will swing a midget by his feet and propell up and over the goal line and get that winning touchdown!
And could you imagine a midget defensive safety? He could be thrown by another player to knock the lights out of the QB!
TV ratings would skyrocket....like a midget toss.
i\'ll probably get kicked in the shins for this.....but hey. i think we got winning formula here.
