Reality TV: "Beautiful Woman" Really a He
Six contestants are threatening to sue BSkyB and Brighter Pictures for the coming reality TV show "There\'s Something About Miriam." They do not want this show aired. The show features men trying to win a woman who is really a transsexual.
The contestants are charging the show with sexual assault, deceit, personal injury and breach of contract. A lawyer says "After they\'d been encouraged to have sexual contact, they found that she was a he -- they all found it extremely traumatic."
BSkyB states that because of the letter they received, they have not scheduled a time to air the show. The company that created it, also created "Big Brother" and "Fear factor."
