I just bought this movie at best buy and watched it... I thought it was a great movie, has anyone else seen it?

if not, you should check it out.
It was a darkness all my own, a song played on the radio, It went straight to my heart - I carried it with me - until the darkness was gone.

It\'s about Steveo a punk kid in salt lake city in the 80\'s and well, it is basically about rebellion and punk music and life in general.... But it is about a lot of other stuff too, very insightful and stuff.

I wish I could explain more, but it isn\'t really based on like a big story, just life in general.

It talks about the point of life, a lot of politics, and mostly about growing up.

Edit: Also, that website does not do the movie justice.

I am not sure why I never bought it. I love it and I\'ve watched it a dozen times - but for some reason, it just never occurs to me to buy it. I think I may do that this weekend.

Damn good film.

It is a good movie, I actually saw this quite some time ago... but I have to agree with the others it is a well made film.  Growing up in the 80\'s I was into that whole scene - then I grew up. ;)

Seen it while channel surfing. The script held my interest and I stayed on the channel. Very good movie, even though I came in on the middle of it. Now I know the title. :)

Wow- so mm does like movies.

Well Ill check it out, even though I have lost all of my respect for punk music.

\'Tis a crying shame how that music industry has flopped downhill.

Spudz, there are plenty of good "punk" influenced bands out there.... But  a lot is very generic... It all depends on yer tastes :P
