I feel sorry for him. His parents should be locked up because the only way someone can be that whacked is through their parents (ok not ALL the time).

They showed the video of him laying on the bed with the Latino kid saying how its so special to share your bed, and the Latino kid was saying how Michael kept pestering him to sleep in the same bed with him. Michael had his head on the kids shoulder. It was creepy. I think it was from the Maury special, I dunno, but it was creepy, and his nose looked like it had partly fallen off.

They must have some solid evidence to actually arrest him. He\'s never been arrested before yet has he? Also, he could sue for deformation couldn\'t he if the allegations were false?

I think so, but they have different levels of suspicion. There is "suspected on reasonable grounds", which is the lowest level of suspicion, they dont need much evidence then to have him taken in.

At least thats how it works here.

Since you can sue for almost anything in America, Im pretty sure he can ;P

Michael has never been arrested, even ten years ago when the first allegations came forth, he was not detained. Normally, the search warrant is issued, then used to find evidence to get an arrest warrant. To get an arrest warrant along with the search warrant - then there is apparently evidence or good reason to  be believe he should be detained.

He\'s currently in Las Vegas doin\' his video, but I would imagine when he returns to LA - he\'ll be arrested.

I think he would be very stupid to try anything with a child after what happened to him before.

Michael is really a public relations nightmare. After his 1993 allegations and settlement, he would of been smart to stay out of the public eye and to not put himself with children alone. Instead, he continues to give interviews and defend letting kids sleep in his bed, alone with him. Even if he is innocent, he puts himself in these situations.
