But he killed someone.

It is still illegal, even if the person was willing.

I think he should only get a minimum sentence (2 years probably), I mean its just something that doesn happen everyday.

A question though; When someone is old and dying in a hospital- and they are going to die slowly and painfully. Their request to be killed wont be filled right?

I remember a relative was dying of cancer, and she wished she could just die. But they wouldnt let her escape the misery and suffering. To this day she is still alive suffering. She cant do anything, just sit in bed.

There are a lot of techincal laws and rules on the willing death situation - but this one does not really apply.

The case will be that the man commited a premediated murder. The defense will be that the guy wanted to know and the video shows this. However, they\'ll try to prove that the man , while he wanted to die, was not in a clear state of mind and not able to make an sound choice and even if he did, it was an illegal choice.

I\'m sure morally and legally it\'s wrong, but at the same time, I have to say it\'s natrual selection. Honestly, if you answer an ad because you want someone to eat your penis and slaughter you, well, good riddens.
