This is off topic but I just saw the new GTO commercial and it gave me the chills. Lots of smoke and the whining sound of a tire spinning. To bad it has no styling from the the older cars.

Yeah I made sure my new house had a 2 car garage.  The GTO is a monster, but to me it looks like every other GM Cavalier/Lumina/Monte Carlo/Impala clone... no character at all... put a different body on it and I would be really impressed.

I am trying to figure out what mods won\'t void my warranty... most say exhaust mods are pretty safe... I went to mustangexhaust.com and listened to some of the sound files... I thought my stock one sounded great until I heard those... it makes me want a flowmaster :(   I should also be able to pick up some HP if I were to change the exhaust system...

Oh yeah the car is Competition Orange... not Torch Red.

It all depends on the dealer. Some dealers are mod friendly and some will deny you service if they see a K&N filter. Gears are pretty good bet because most techs will not be able to figure out that the gears have been changed. The dealer has to prove the mod created the failure but good luck if you have a problem and your service dept. is filled with dick-heads.
