 in all honesty we can\'t change anything we don\'t like. i don\'t want to beat a dead horse, but for ex..the war,.. at first most americans were against it. conclusion bush & co. did what they wanted. another example of this is your job..lots of companies are trying to cut back costs and layoff people but the chariman & v.p. still get million dollar bonuses. but yet they say they are concerned with your staus quo..ultimately they do what THEY want..end of story. this is nothing new tho. it\'s politics. we vote cat\'s in office to do what we want & it never turns out that way,.on both sides dem & repub.

p.s. as far as the bush comment i know it\'s his job to protect the american people,..but you see my point.

I understand we live in a representative government and change may not be as quick as we like but we can do something about it . . . we can vote the people we don\'t like out of office.

I am afraid it\'s your type of thinking that keeps so many people home on important election days. Believe me, I understand the frustration but I try not to become so cynical that I don\'t care. It\'s tough, though.
