They exist, I\'ve seen about 4 of them and it literally haunted me for 6 months.

The closest thing to that is [BEEP], which is basically legal snuff films.

Dude [BEEP] is not a snuff film!  A snuff film the person gets rapped and then killed in faces they are just real footage of people getting killed

I remember watching the CSI episode were they where investigating a killing an a possible real snuff film.

ok it leaves out getting raped and the deaths are accidental, so what its just as gross.

but I\'ve seen girls getting their heads getting blown off with shotguns and a soldier getting his head cut completely off with a knife.

I saw something about five years ago that I know was real. It wasn\'t anybody getting raped or killed but it was something very very horrible that had to do with experimental surgery. It still bothers me today and I wish I had never seen it.

I love how this topic went from "are there  snuff films" to someone posting about what all of they have seen.

Either way, back on to the topic. Fake snuff films are extremely popular in Japan, infact there is an entire video series that is nothing but fake snuff films. As for how realisitic do they look. I\'ve seen actual death footage (Iraq war / etc) and I\'ve watched these films an let me say, they look extremely life looks. Namely one title \'Of Flesh and Blood\', where a young Japanese woman is tortured and killed. I found myself watching it and thinking I was a disturbed sick indivuial for buying it, yet strangely attached to it.
