It is so sad that LSU can\'t play USC.  I mean I wish to God (Is there one?) that they never let OU back into the game.

LSU absolutely man handled that OU team.

And did anyone else find it funny that when Lynn Swann asked Stoops about LSU and their top ranked defense that Stoops got pissy and said they were the top scoring defense and that he had the top all around defense.

I about cried from laughter when in the first posession of the 3rd quarter LSU\'s defense scored..  How sweet was that?  Take that Stoops!!!  Wait, I like Stoops..  He helped win UF a national title.  He rocks..  But he was a dick to Swanny last night and that just can\'t happen.

Yea, the score makes the game sound much closer than it was.  Same with the OSU and Kansas State game, hey I\'m a Buckeyes fan.  As for USC getting shafted, don\'t know what can be done besides maybe adding a tiebreaker match after all the bowl games as suggested by the announcers.  The tiebreaking bowl sounds like the best alternative to switching to a playoff system.

Also, this game sums up why Jason White isn\'t pro material in any way.  LSU got pressure on him and he crumbled.


And, **** the rankings.  Oklahoma gets their ass kicked on the last two games yet still ends up ranked higher than the Buckeyes, get serious.

A tie breaker game?  That\'s like saying, "Hey, our system doesn\'t work..  Let\'s make this into a little mini playoff by letting the two winners of two games play."



Just freaking do playoffs!!!  I don\'t give a shit about any of the bowl games other than the championship game as it stands now.  Do I give a rats pooper that Iowa beat FL???  Well I kind of do because I wanted to lose.  Anything to  make Zook possibly get out of there.

ANyway, bowl games are completely worthless.  And for the NCAA to say they don\'t want to do a playoff because it will over commercialize college athletics must have been lost during the F150 Pregame show, the X3 Half Time show, the Nokia Sugar Bowl, etc. etc....

Give me a freaking break.

To me a play off system would ruin everything that college foot all has built.  It would also add games to the season.  This would all start turning it into a mini-pro leaque with all the annoying attitudes.

It would add possibly 2 games to the overall winner\'s season.  THese teams go almost a full month without playing at all.  Another reason why bowl games suck.

And it wouldn\'t make it like a mini pro league.

It would make it like every single other college league out there.  Hmmm.  College baseball world series?  NCAA Final four?  Hockey, etc..

Division 1 college football is the only sport that blows nuts and doesn\'t offer a true champion.  Just a paper champion.

UNLESS you get two teams at the end of the year that are unbeaten or one loss.  Any time you get a third team in the mix it\'s a blown nut.

No offense to anyone, but USC would get there arse\'s tore apart by LSU.  

With that said, the reason LSU dominated on defense like they did last night was because of superior coaching.  That defense probably knew every single play that Oklahoma was going to run.  You figure they had since December 8th to prepare for these guys, and hell of a job to Saben.  Oklahoma just got out coached.
