Uni/College Students, watcha take\'n this Semester?

I just had my first class for 3d Computer Modeling and Animation, very cool class.  Even though we\'re using Lightwave it\'s still promising to be very, very cool.  The only other bad part is that we have to work on Macs...but they are G5\'s so I guess that\'s something.

Anyone else taking any interesting classes this semester?

i\'m re-taking this ghey internet course taught by a lil old lady who thinks hackers are always after her.

i need to talk some website design class but its hard to find a good\'n at this point!

I only have two classes this quarter.  

Audio/Visual - having to make a 4 minute film.  I got assigned the director so it\'s an interesting class for me.

Animation I - this is the third modeling class I\'ve taken.  It comes after 3D Modeling and Broadcast Graphics.  It\'s basically learning to model characters then set them up with bones and IK rigs doing simple animations...so far I\'m not that thrilled with it.  We are using 3ds Max which I don\'t favor so I\'m not looking forward to Animation II either.  

I use Lightwave at home which I can get around in sooooooo much easier than Max.  If it were my choice it\'s all I would use.  (I haven\'t tried Maya or Softimage)

well...in my developmental psychology class there are about 5 guys and 40 girls...so thats kinda cool.

Other than that, nothing really interesting.

So funny how they now have animation classes and website design.  

I took Cobal, Pascal and Basic in college.  Yawn...

I took animation on the side, but it wasn\'t for any credit.  The guy that tought me though is at ILM.  But back then it was a big deal to do a freaking candlestick.
