man this one has got me?my wife tried too burn a cd the other day and something happened it started making alot of noise and then it open up with a cracked cd and the other part was gone somewhere, cant burnner cd any more and cant get into to see if it is loged somewhere what too do??????? I did open the pc case and didnt find anything where did it go????
