Is there a big aftermarket for these?  I\'d like to see custom racing stripes as well as a functional spoiler so the carrier sticks to the water like glue.

There are a lot of decommissioned ships in the US Navy that I\'m sure you could buy if you had the money. After WWII, they were scrapping them and using them as target practice by the hundreds. I know up until 10 years ago, the USS New Jersey was still in service, and that was a WWII ship.
