This MOFO should be dead I mean head cut off dead

Man last night I am sitting here doing homework on the net. I am almost finished and ready to send my work to my professor when my pc starts acting up.

Well I am using IE because aol browser does not work well with every site.

I get ready to check one more link and all these damn pop ups start coming up and then I get this bullshit saying magicsearch.

And boy this mofo won\'t let you go to any site. It redirects back to the magicsearch shit.

So I check my registry and this mofo was redirecting my urls. So I kept changing it and it kept coming back. So ended up going to bed.

Came back down today and did a show hidden files and found all these crappy files on my pc. And this mofo had tons of shit running in my task mngr I had to stop

Man the guy who created this bitch should be shot dead. Boy is it a mother****in shame of a virus.

Yeah... just finished update\'n my Virus killer just now.

It is a hijacker... run Spybot S&D and if that doesn\'t work download CWShredder - it is the same thing as the coolweb hijacker and I believe it works for this as well.

Your PC will have diarhea and die.

check for updates often.  ad-aware releases updates a few times a week usually.  And make sure you have the newest version.  If you have the old version the updates won\'t show up.

These guys do deserve to be dragged into the street and shot. When I go on the internet, I don\'t want to be bombarded by popups. I want to browse the forums in peace and whatever else I do.

I miss it too.  I thought it gave a nice outlet for things that don\'t get as much attention in the OT forum.  I was disappointed when it closed

You would say that if someone accidentally put mayo on your sandwich. Jesus ****ing christ.

And if you take the right precautions (spyware, popup blocker, antivirus/not asking for mayo) you wont get it.

But the fact is, we are forced into taking those precautions.  It\'s an annoyance that shouldn\'t even exist.  It\'s like having a sandwich that doesn\'t have mayo on listed on the ingredients.  I shouldn\'t have to ask for no mayo when it\'s not supposed to have mayo.
