ps. I never said i\'m godly at dos commands. I just said theres no way you could screw up directory commands..


pss. NT based systems don\'t have dos. they emulate it.. so its not the same.

Then replace comp-usa for another horrible chain in Australlia.

Edit: I do not care to get in a pissing match with you. If you want to split hairs though. There has not been a true dos in quite sometime. There will be further command line though. If a PDC goes down in 2k, and you are unabkle to bring it back up. You can promote your BDC very easily via command line. That is of course you are not bringing the old pdc back. Or the fact that xp has brought back the command line dos. Dos is easier to say rather than emulated dos. Which I would probably disagree with. The recovery console is probably more dos than windows based.

If I do pick somthing off from someone like you. My initial reaction is to thank them. You on the other hand want to act like a 3 year old. I have worked with truly great people, and have learned a great deal from each one of them. You would not get the first thing from them. You know it all, and not a sould can teach you a thing.
