Where the street is nothing BUT public..my home is my home and is not...even when my doors and windows are open. If your front door is open, can I just walk into your house? My front yard is my front yard I paid for it its not public I OWN IT. but my kid cant play in it because I dont allow him to watch porn at 5 and since your watching it on the bigscreen and can be seen plain as day from my yard he cant play in. Thats the difference. While I have the right to watch porn in my house with the windows open and you have the right to have your kids play in the front. You letting them play in the front and expecting me to not play porn or close the blinds infringes on my rights more than me on you. hope I said that right.


Whether my blinds being open means things arent private anymore. Im not sure, but i do doubt it.

Im also kinda sure the law is that it is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to possess(sp?) porn, so I wouldnt be creating anything illegal.

Just to be sure..im not saying that I open my blinds just to screw in view or for everyone to KNOW im watching porn, but I dont care if they are open. Its nothing illegal.

The car is one thing but I agree with luckee more about the house. Its a persons own property and they can do what they wish. You are not forcing the kid to look in the window and watch it (I would never watch with my door open and blinds up) but they just see it. But I don\'t see what the fuss is about. The kid is going to see a naked person eventually so why try and shield them? Thats just my opinion anyway. They have to learn about sex at one point in their life (but at like the age of 5, they might not even think much about it).

K...if you\'re driving and watching porn, you should be fined. If you stop to jerk it off then there\'s no problem with it. Imo cellphones, food...all equal bad drivers.

so if you talk on a cell, while driving, eating ans flog\'n the dolphin...that\'s bad.  Maybe if they are old while doing that it would be the unholy quintuplet.  But then again if they are old, they probably can\'t smack the baby.

Your post made me think of something. What\'s the point of playing porn in YOUR car when YOU can\'t watch it but your buddies can (due to the TV law where it can\'t be seen by the driver).
