I want to burn a 730 MB .iso file onto a CD, and I heard you could burn it on to a 700MB CD anyway because they actually hold about 800MB. I have daemon tools to burn it, I just dont know how to use it... HELP

Not all CDR drives can do this.  It sounds like you might need a rather unusual drive to put up to 800 MB on a 700 MB CD.
