I only see more assassinations in the future.  What you have in Iraq is an occupation on the verge of collapse.

A strategic failure.  Why the failure?  Because the war was not planned to be fought the way it is now,  and because the war was fought for a reason other then freedom.

Freedom was a crutch.  WMDs are the Nike Tennis.  Bush is leadng this nation upon his crutch,  to coverup this ill fated war.  Sure,  people in jails are not beng tortured by Saddam,  they are just being tortured by Americans.  Sure,  innoscents are no being shot at by special police for fun,  they are being shot at by British troops for fun.  Sure,  the sanctions are gone,  but the rioting has just begun.  Theentire history of the country almost completly gone or destroyed.  Buildings looted so bad even the sheet rock was taken.  Suicide bombs.  4Klb bombs.  Kids with guns.  Abu Prison.  Mosques.  Al SSadr Sunni.  Shitte.  Kurds.  The triangle that will always hate eachother\' guts.  What else do we got...oh yeah, you were looking for an al qaeda link in Iraq?  Well it sure is there now.  You didn\'t want Iraq to be a terroris hideout,  but that;s exactly what you made it!  No this wasn\'t their life prewar.  People were not blowing things up everyday.  The city is a mess.  This whole country is a mess.  You need an internation effort in there to clean up that mess.  that filthy mess.  !!!!!so upset right now!!!!

WMD\'s are the Nike Tennis?  WTF are you talking about?  Really... please explain that sentence.  Also get over the hazing that you like to refer to as torture - it isn\'t a big deal and I don\'t think you would know what real torture is if it came up and amputated both of your arms.

Here is what real torture is - under Saddam:

Medical experimentation
Beatings
Crucifixion
Hammering nails into the fingers and hands
Amputating the penis or breasts with an electric carving knife
Spraying insecticides into a victim’s eyes
Branding with a hot iron
Committing rape while the victim’s spouse is forced to watch
Pouring boiling water into a rectum
Nailing the tongue to a wooden board
Extracting teeth with pliers
Using bees and scorpions to sting naked children in front of their parents

I read of one Iraqi being forced into a bathtub full of ice, they did it to "soften him up" before a questioning.. He did not survive.

The Red Cross also received a body from the now famous prison (in total have have received 26), the cause of death was said to be "natural", but when the red cross did an autopsy they said he most likely died of wounds which he got from a very violent assault.

Also boys and women have been raped in the prison. The boys were raped by Iraqi guards, while americans filmed.

Also there are pictures of an naked Iraqi male being attacked and bitten (so he bleeds) by a dog, while American prison guards stand and look.

Gigashadow I would wait until ALL the photos and videos are released of the torture before you call it just \'hazing\'

the tennis illustration meant that if George W. Bush found WMDs this war would be like nike tennis,  which means he is running his plan according to plan A.

But if none were found,  then he would have to use his crutch,  freedom or,  plan B

he is on his crutch now.

i agree with you mostly on all your points..i didn\'t get the nike tennins thing at first but you explained it..and i don\'t know about the brits & amer. shooting those cats for fun, but everything else is on point...
