Ninja Gaiden (Very challenging though)
Panzer Dragoon Orta
Project Gotham Racing 1 and/or 2

Those are the must have\'s, IMO.  Might be enough to keep you busy until Fable, Sudeki, and Halo 2 are released.

Id say, if you like racing games Get one of the RalliSports. Though I hear 2 isnt as good as some thought it would be. I dont own one so, eh.

Halo 2 - Nov. 9th

If you haven\'t played Halo you can probably pick it up for $20, it\'s worth it.  Still one of my favorite games of the generation.

The first Shenmue, a stellar game, is on Dreamcast.  You can probably find a DC for less than $50 if you\'re really interested.  I\'m sure the Shenmue II movie sums it up quite nicely though, haven\'t seen it myself.

I\'m not exactly sure about Shenmue II, I think it might have been released on the DC in Japan only then went to the Xbox.  It is not available on PS2 or GC.

Shenmue 2 on DC is only available in Japan and Europe...

Import and get a boot disk to play it...

The Euro version comes fully translated in English subtitles...

American version is XBOX exclusive...
