i need someone to make me a website, all i want on it is a picture, no contact me parts, and no way of anyone knowing who made it and how? though may need the name of the website to be good...... not geo cities,though thinking of it, that might be ok.... ill explain later

cant seem to attach pics to a pm, can i do it anyway, the only way i got the pic, is on my coms hard drive
