I love being a guy

All I do is sat on my ass all day with the occasional manly shadow boxing session when I\'m on a sugar high.  So if you remember from my other thread I used to look like this:



Summer came around and I toned up a bit, pretty happy with the results just after 2 weeks of push ups.

I\'m gonna be ripped after this summer... So far I\'ve been to the gym every other night on a consistent basis. Just you guys watch and see!

We need to start a Get In Shape support group.  You know some forums do that where each participant posts what they lifted/ran every other day in the same thread.  If someone misses a day they get a ton of emails from everyone esle in the group saying wtf is your prob.

But we\'re prolly too lazy for that.
