Correct memory modules for this CPU FSB?

i\'m looking to running 1GB, 2/512s of DDR.  my FSB speed is 533MHz.  what memory speed/type do i need for optimal performance?

Equal your FSB or get closest to it.  Type would be what fits in your mobo.  DDR or maybe RDR.
