I think you mistake me for someone who did not like the game ?

As for "adapting, adjusting". Why bother? Almost every enemy, including bosses can be beat with either the \'Helmet Splitter\' or \'Flying Swallow\'. Those two attacks can you get you through the game for the most part.

Another argument about it being cheap is the damage ratio. Are you telling me you think it is fair that one attack can take over 50 percent of a large life bar and in the meantime, your level three Izuma is barely doing any damage on that boss? Need an example of this? The Fire Dragon and his bite.

I liked the game a lot, but I was always wondering if a cheap enemy was goin\' to do in me in the end. Worried so much that at the end, I sat there and killed the "ghost fish" until I had 99,999 yellow orbs. I had maxed the orb amount out and went to Mursama\'s and bought everything I could with that amount. I never felt confident that my skills could beat anything in sight. Why was I like that? Because there was plenty of cheap moments in the game.

/hugs Nu. No hard feelings, I just disagree..

Seriously LIC.  I find it sad that game developers are getting lazy.  When an enemy can unfairly take half your health bar away with one hit, it doesn\'t automatically means it\'s challenging, it means it\'s stupid.

I have no problem with the ninjas btw, they are fun.  The bosses are just so whack though.  Same boring attacks that are just switched up, just so happens a couple foul moves means ur dead.  The ninjas are more spontaneous and unpredicatable.

S\'all good.

I think I just have a different perception of what "cheap" is. An enemy that uses attacks that causes damage you simply can\'t avoid... Like, Jin\'s JF Unblockable in Tekken 4, for example. With the enemies in Ninja Gaiden, there are always ways to defeat an enemy without taking damage, always methods of taking them down effortly.

I still say it\'s more challenging(like, Ikaruga challenging! *nod, nod*) than flat out difficult.

You can\'t counter that unblockable but you can SS it.  Jin\'s Laser Cannon JF (b,f+2,1, *d+2) is so dumb, but people who\'ve been playing for a while can get out of it now.

Oh? Well, that\'s what I get for staying away from TZ, I guess. ;) I thought it was still invincible.

Still, you guys get my point. :)

No, we don\'t, because your whole argument was that the example you provided was "cheap", because you could not avoid it. But you can avoid it.

ok I never understood the button pressing in Tekken Zaibatsu so i dont understand which move that is from the letters :p.I put in T4 and checked the command list just now to see which it was.
The move is Laser Annihilator.Thats the one I was talking about. Its easily avoidable. No reason to sidestep it.Actually its extremely dump how many people dont know how to counter it.There is a certain pause between the second punch and the last unblockable one.

Do you know how I counter that move?It will seem stupid but that time frame between the second punch and the last gives me enough time to press the punch button and hit Jin thus canceling the last punch.

edit:Actually you can hit him with a lot more ways than just a punch

oh i see what u mean, counter in the tekken world usually means reversal, and you can\'t reverse an unblockable.

What\'s fun is sidestepping out of Lei\'s non-delayed rush punches.  There\'s a way you can do it if you let yourself get hit on the 3rd punch.

... :(...

Wait, no, isn\'t the JF inescapable if the the start of the Laser Cannon is a counter-hit?

There were no technical problems with Ninja Gaiden... There\'s nothing that needs to be fixed... This isn\'t a patch. It\'s an optional expansion.

The camera did present problems in lots of instances particularly those that required precise jumping.  At times even, in the smaller rooms, the angle was just too stupidly handled especially when taking on loads of enemies.  Don\'t get me wrong though as that\'s my only complaint against the game really and everything else was plenty likeable.  I especially like the fact that the game will be even faster then before.  That\'s a big plus in my opinion.

I will say the camera was frustrating in parts, though I am not so sure I want an even faster Ninja Gaiden.

When it comes to action, shooting, and fighting games, speed is the key in my book.  I used to play Street Fighter Alpha 2 at max speed and you have the game on many platforms so you can go test out that insanity any time you wish to see how crazy fast I like it on max difficulty.  You don\'t know how sad it made me to see in later iterations of the Street Fighter series that feature removed.  Even Street Fighter III Third Strike can\'t be adjusted speed wise.
