That story is ****ed up. I can see making them turn the cell phone off; but making them leave and pepper spraying them for no reason?! That shit is ridiculous.

If people are seated and don\'t leave it\'s common for a cop to use pepper spray to MAKE them leave.  They were probably being hostile and the boyfriend threatening the cops probably didn\'t help much.

Really. Pepper spray? come on.

I mean to some degree i can understand but damn. I would want to kick the shit out of somebody who would be stupid enough to answer a cell in a movie, but I think that this might have been a little too much.

This story is EXTREMELY one sided.  Cops don\'t pepper spray people for no reason.  Especially in a freaking theater.

I\'ve seen videos of it happening.  Some mid-age guy would simply NOT leave from this chair after cops said he had to.  They used pepper spray on him.  While he was putting his hands over his eyes from the pain they pulled him out of the seat and subdued him.

Let\'s people know you mean business.  If they used it when the person was complying with the police THEN there\'s a problem.

They were pepper sprayed in the hall way outside the theater. In the article it said that multiple people claimed that the guy asked why they had to leave and got sprayed. When the girl asked why they sprayed him she got sprayed.

The police say he threatened them but everyone else said otherwise. What do you think the police are going to say in a situation like this? Police NEVER admit to wrongdoing.
