This one takes place after the first one. As the Prince has dealt with the ramifactions that came from his altering the fate of the princess (or something like that), he has grown up and become darker and more cynical.
I\'d recommend the first PoP to anyone who hasn\'t played it yet. That game was great, though it was a bit anticlimactic at the end and the fighting did get repetitive.
The sequel should have better combat mechanics and the enemies are already more varied. There\'s bosses and some of the regular enemies are giants, in the biggest, most gigantic sense of the word.
