That\'s true. Most of them are. Still there are people(white and black) who are better than a lot of NBA players.

I\'m not saying that they would give KG a run for his money just that if given the chance they could probably make a couple different NBA rosters. Many of them showed signs of brilliance in High School but didn\'t apply themselves academically and either dropped out or didn\'t get the grades to prove themselves in college. There are many ways to get to the NBA its just that a lot of talented people are too apathetic/lazy to make that jump.

Really no one else should be blamed besides themselves.

The USA has had the calls go against them the entire olympics, and you more than doubled us up on free throws, so don\'t give me any it was the refs bullshit.

Watched the game before I went to my Physics Recitation, and in the 3rd quarter, surprising enough, Stephon Marbury actually showed that he\'s worthy of being on the team with his great play. Was relatively unselfish, and the ball movement by USA was relatively amazing in the 2nd half. Marbury\'s SIXTH 3 point shot was set up by a great pass from Duncan after he got it inside, it was real good stuff.

Then again, I was rooting for Spain, and was saddened that they didn\'t get that International Rules 6 point play :rolleyes:

NOTHING was called on either team in the 4th quarter. Period. The Refs were sided more towards Spain in my opinion -- Never have I seen a player shoot a 3 pointer and make it, even though a moving screen was called before the shot was put up -- so they count the basket and give the ball back to the team that made the shot. They even changed the ruling on the call so that would happen.

Don\'t act like the USA completley screwed Spain here -- if Spain could have made a critical basket at any point in the 2nd half, they could\'ve taken the momentum and won, or hell, maybe they could have even TRIED to guard Stephon Marbury. SIX 3\'s? Seriously? You lost. Shut up. You\'re not undefeated anymore, boo-freaking-hoo.

You put enough NBA players out there and sometime they\'re bound to pound the shit of any other team. Spain was on the receiving end of NBA stars playing together decently, nothing any international team can do to prevent that.
