I just wondered: What the braincell happened to the music diplay device (who was brilliant in Ps1)?

When I plug a music CD in the hatch there is something as dull as a grey box??

What is this, freakin me out? I have therefor developed this creative idea of making an initialize program to the PS2, namely the music app. developed by Apple, Itunes.

What is the general opinion about this, actually?

I got this buddy who is a specialist:-).

I really dont know if it can be done as a standalone application, like running the program from cd first, then inserting the music cd - and voila. Or burn the \'music display program\' on a chip and physically placing it into the PS2 body.

I was also thinkin about using the internet, like running the program from a server. Slow, perhaps - but cool. DEFINETLY. And instant access to display plugins.

Three obtions, ram based, chip based or internet server based. The actual application is just copy/paste.
