Anyone pickup Dawn of the Dead 2004?
« on: October 26, 2004, 09:36:57 AM »
I have been waiting for this to come out on DVD since I saw it in the theater.  Bought the unrated version and can\'t wait to watch tonight. :)

I might buy it. Haven\'t seen it yet but it looks cool. I just got in the mail today the Ultimate Edition Dawn of The Dead four disc DVD. Looking forward to the making of documentary.

By the way, I also picked up the special edition Videodrome DVDS. I love that movie.

He said $10 MORE...
July 2002: If you had bought $1000.00 worth of Nortel stock one year ago, it would now be worth $49.00. Enron, $16.50 left. Worldcom, $5.00 left. If you had bought $1,000.00 worth of Budweiser beer one year ago, drank it all and turned in the cans for the 10 cent deposit, you would have $214.00. Based on the above, my current investment advice is to drink heavily and recycle.

The extra footage was ok...

What is funny is the video of Andy\'s last days.  My favorite quote and I am paraphrasing here:

"there are thousands of them out there now - they are stumbling around shoulder to shoulder just like a Jethro Tull concert."

i personally didn\'t like the movie. Found it void of any decent story line.  Its been done to many times. Although the bonus footage was cool. The news reports and Andy\'s last days was nicely done.
