Obviously, just the permission masks were changed.

I might spend some time reminiscing by reading through the old threads before the game comes out for us in the UK tomorrow.

It will be interesting to compare just how much the series has stepped forward, by remembering how much "the dogs bollox" Vice city was when it came out, when comparing it to SA over the coming days/weeks.
