Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is widely regarded as one of the best games on Xbox. Normally a sequel to a game like KOTOR would have me salivating for a chance to give it some quality playtime. Instead of being excited for Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, I was concerned the first time I popped the game into my Xbox. The original was one of the great RPGs of all time, but it was now in the hands of an untested developer, Obsidian Entertainment. With the same engine and relatively the same gameplay, KOTOR II could easily have been a let down. Six hours in and one out of seven planets down and I have to say that I actually like KOTOR II better than the original. Heresy. Blasphemy. Call it what you will, but I played pretty much six straight hours, late into the night, forgoing Halo 2, because I am hooked.

Whew. I was almost certain that KOTOR2 would be a letdown.

I was certain that it would be great.

What does that teach us? Once again, Black Sam knows all.

same, i knew it would be great. They only had to do 1 thing, keep it close to original and improve on it. Lucasarts are good in doing that, mostly.

Lol, I thoght the headline implied that the game was only gonna be 6 hours long (still, that\'d almost be better than Fable :p).
RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAPETIME!
