Do you have to pay for this?  Or is it free if you have HL2?

It\'s free.

I hope they release some more maps. It gets kinda chaotic... I think I prefer CS:S.

anyone else experience MASSIVE lag spikes when ever some one leaves or joins the server ?

played around 8 servers ... alll of them had the same problem.

But with CS:S everything runs perfectly now.

Could it be that its just launched and they have still to iron out all the bugs ?

Yes major lag issues.

And the game wasnt very fun, please consider releasing a co-op mode instead of this... chit. :)

I\'ve played some more and I think that one map is quite cool (not lockdown, the other one). Pretty fun, if somewhat basic. But at least the grav gun is nice to play with. :)

It\'s pretty hectic. I did well in my first game though, expectedly. Heh.

Give it some more maps, customization, and modes (CTF) and you\'re all set. It probably already has TDM, although I\'m not sure.. didn\'t check.

The lag is because servers require a lot more resources to handle the physics of HL2DM.

With more than a handful of players, unless the server is wicked fast.. you\'re going to see lag.

No lag whatsoever for me. I\'ve been playing at servers that support 14 and 20 players, and they\'ve all been filled up.
