This game\'s release date is January 5th 2005, I believe. Which is WAY before the Xbox 2 release. SO no, this is a PC game.

Some of the CGI renders from their site are bananas.

That guy can certainly be rendered on the Xbox2 at roughly that detail level one way or another with decent performance.

And as for the pictures, those are just renders. Not actual in-game shots.

I don\'t remember, but obviously the information is wrong. The official site says "late 2005"...so that must mean it could be an Xbox 2 launch game

It also says it\'s an "innovative next generation 3D title"..."unlike any other current game"...

Sounds exciting. Maybe those renders are actually what the Xbox 2 is capable of

If the next gen looks like that (and hopefully the dev tools are easy to use) then perhaps with a little imagination we\'ll end up with some pretty aesthetic games.

.... Hopefully with a little more depth than some of the me too games out now.

You guys are already dreaming?

WTH you are all thinking of. Xbox2 will be  able to render, in real-time graphic WAY better then this.

We are far from the Emotion Engine and the "Toy story" Quality graphic game here, this is another generation after all. (of hype, of corse.)

and btw. next generation graphic wont be all. all developers will spend millions including real actor talent voice over with super-natural lipsynch that will look life-like.

You can tell which one\'s are pre-rendered and which ones are running on the test engine, though this can\'t be final hardware as MS hasn\'t shipped final SDK\'s.

I\'d say don\'t buy into it.

EDIT:  I hope that we see graphics like that come next generation and it wouldn\'t be far fetched to think so.  We already have Doom 3 and Half-Life 2 a whole year before Xbox 2 so it\'s not out of the realm of possibility.  Also, keep in mind that MS is using the Unreal 3 engine so I really wouldn\'t count this kind of stuff out.
