I just did tonight for the first time in forever and man it relased a pretty nasty stink, and I always brush & rinse at least twice a day.  Two helpings of Listerine helped tame it but I can still feel it\'s ungoldly presence in my mouth.  I always hated doing the extra work but I guess I\'m gonna start doing it from now on.

I dont use dental floss, just a toothpick. Im going to start using mouthwas aswell.

Before my stroke i flossed everyday, now it is very hard, only my right arm works, so my wife bought a package of plackers, the floss is built right into a little handle, it even has a little toothpick built in.Now i am able to more often

My dad uses those. He keeps a bag of em by his chair where he eats.

a toolpick after a meal but that\'s usually it.  Well, I do brush my teeth, like, once or twice  week but sometimes I get too busy for even that...

did i hear you correctly, you only brush once or twice a week?

If that\'s the case, I highly suggested to brush twice everday or at least once everyday because...you don\'t want to go to the dentist...

I speaks from experience...
