I\'m VERY skeptical. Lots of defense departments from many countries get excited over lots of gadgets and many of them turn out to be too good to be true. And how could the US DoD not have known about this? Maybe coz they checked already and found it to be bunk?

This is the same guy that invented the grizzly bear-proof suit.  Meh....I smell something fishy.
