here is the same burnt disc, GQ which were rebadged from LeadData.  The only difference is this disc is burnt using Lite-On instead of the crappy Emprex.

And the quality is still bad.  The PIE has improve, but still unacceptable.  its reaches over 350 with an average of 183 while the PIF is mostly around 10 and reach over 50 near the end of the disc.  The PIF has an average of nearly 27, whereas, compare to  one burnt by Emprex, the emprex has the upper hand in that it has lesser PIF errors,   with an average of around 1 to 2.

Both the Ricoh and LeadData were burnt long time ago and Ricoh have a couple of minor scratches while LeadData have more bigger scratches with fingerprints and dust.  Meaning the PIE and PIF may not be as accurate as it could be.  But testing it anyway to gives me the idea of the quality of LeadData and Ricoh.

For "optimal" test, the disc should be free of dust or scratches.  So, its better after I burn a blank disc, I leave it in there and test for PIE and PIF before taking it out to get more accurate results...but since I no longer have Sony 4x +R or GQ 4x for that matter, I just used the ones that were burnt long time ago.

Anyway, I just feels like sharing the results.

How could I forgot not to add the quality of commercial Pressed DVD.  As you may called it Studio or Industry quality.

Here is the quality of pressed DVD, the PIE is no higher than 18 and the PIF is no higher than 2 across the disc.  Fantastic, especially the PIF.:) :smokin:
