I suppose that they figure that their established user base isnt going anywhere so why not appeal to a mass audience of casual gaming morons (not that all casual gamers are morons).

I really dont know who they think MTV viewers are and why they need them.

Anyone remember that Sega did the same thing with the Dreamcast?  The Dreamcast I believe still holds the record for the biggest launch.

Who are MTV viewers?  That\'s a pretty big demographic, and not a well defined one either.  I\'d say it\'s teenagers through adults, and all kinds of lifestyles.

I do on occasion, most of the time it was because of Newly Weds.  I used to watch TRL when Carson Daly was on.
