A punishment for a dubious act?

What would be a great form of punishment (possibly involving a shopping cart) for a friend that did something really really bad, but admits his fault.  Nothing too too dangerous.  but something worth catching on tape.

Make him get in a shopping cart and push him into an electric fence.

or

Make him get into the cart, fill the cart full of water balloons that are filled with sour milk, and then push him down a hill into a wall or curb.

Simple, Get 2 Cans of Shaving Cream, get liquid Nitrogen, put both cans in it long enough to freeze all its contents and the can itself. Then break off the outer can and put the frozen shaving cream into his car in a place he can\'t see it. Put a chicken leg in a jar half-full of milk. Put the lid on and hide it behind his couch. When the leg & milk rot, and produce gasses, the lid will blow off unleashing the unholiest of stenches that will not be gotten rid of easily.

Or just shove a can of sardines down the vents in his car.

drill a tiny hole in a lightbulb, and put a small amount of black powder or gasoline inside. put it in a table lamp with a baggie full of shit on top of it.

Really?  Ive never heard that before... enough to fill the entire car???? I really like that, but thats just wrong haha. Of course, the main problem with that plan is that I have no clue where I would get liquid nitrogen
