So, it\'s arrived. The beginning of a war between the left and the right. The conservatives and the liberals. The hippies and the neo-cons. The tree huggers and the money lovers. The whites vs the minorites.


I predict a...filibuster of every nominee Bush wants to push through. I for one would like a moderate judge. But judging from Bush\'s strong and influential bible thumping group, that probably won\'t happen any time soon.

And now they are all talking about him nominating some hispanic person to the seat. Honestly, I dont give a damn. So their HIspanic, so fucking what? To me putting a Hispanic on that seat would scream a political influenced decision rather than a decision based on the abilities and level of moderation of the candidate.

Besides, Gonzales is a "hispanic"

Oh please - Gonzalez is qualified.  Interesting how liberals don\'t appoint any minorities - they have no confidence in them. It is amusing that the party that breaks down ethnic barriers and actually rewards hard work is hated by most minorities.
