I know there are a lot of classic movies which I have yet to see - do you have a personal top 10 (or top 20, 30, 50) that you wouldn\'t mind sharing?

When I say classic movies I mean movies that are considered to be amongst the best ever made. Thanks.

Note: Other people are welcome to contribute as well, but I doubt very many of you could name the movies I\'m after. Well I know a few of you could, so don\'t be shy. :D
RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAPETIME!
(thanks Chizzy!)

Joker + Black Sam = next Ebert & Roeper

Citizen Kane is considered by many film dorks to be the best film ever made.  It was ahead of its time in all the cuts, pans, and other editing innovations it made.  "News.... ON THE MARCH!!"

I like films that are more down to earth though.  Ninotchka with Greta Garbo is a cheeky romane film that\'s surprisingly entertaining.  Who\'s gay?

Which is better, "Wages of Fear" or "Sorcerer" ?

I am a big fan of William Friedkin, so it\'s really hard for me to decide.  The French Connection is one of my all time favorites, and I have a soft spot for "To Live and Die in LA," despite all it\'s faults.  :)
