Oh I was trying to think of the name of this.
This game sounds fantastic. You play through the game, alternating between characters.
You control a guy who committed a murder, stabbing someone in a restaurant bathroom. But he did it almost in a trance and he realizes what he\'s done and tries to hide it before finding out what possessed him to do that.
You also control the detectives trying to find him.
To fulfill the story, you have to be skilled enough with the criminal to leave few enough clues to evade capture, but skilled enough with the detectives to stay on the trail of the killer.
In the opening scene you can hide the body and the murder weapon to gain some time, and clean up the blood with a mop.
If you don\'t, as the detective that\'ll be a huge clue right there. There are actually two detectives, each with a different eye for different clues. So you play as each, using the joysticks primarily (a la Fight Night) to observe and inspect stuff. Press up to glance in a medicine cabinet, down to look down at the sink.
The detective will ask the waitress if she remembers anyone suspicious. If you ran out of the bathroom and fled the scene without paying your bill, she\'ll obviously remember you and help with a composite sketch.
But if you were calm, finished your meal, paid your bill and walked out, she\'ll never remember your face.
In conversation, you have to choose what you say quickly. And you don\'t read the whole response, just a topic of what you\'re going to say. If you\'re being questioned, you have to react quickly without slipping up or revealing too much.
I am excited about this game because it\'s such a unique idea, and really seems fun to me.
I agree about the colors, but I\'ll take the graphics for the innovative gameplay any day.
