i think you\'re lookin waay to hard into this one,..granted you\'re entitled to your own opinion, but the only way square can mess this up as far as cloud is concerned is make him black!..;)...he has the spikey hair, tifa is actually fully realized as well, both character models look absoultely fantastic...i also love the updated look of barret...we all know in ff7 he rocked the "kid n play" high top fade :p..in advent children he\'s rockin\' cornrolls!..:fro: big ups to square fo the make over...

I just hate that sweater! It makes me angry just looking at it! What type of ex-SOLDIER wear a sweater vest that is half zipped?!

And is that girl supposed to be aeris or tifa? becuase she doesnt really look like either.

that is Tifa in there where Cloud\'s hugging her.  But she looks more like Rinoa from FFVIII than Tifa...

I dislike how Cloud\'s look on the tech demo than from Advent Children.  On Advent Children, his eyes doesn\'t look evil like the tech demo.

Keep in mind that the tech demo was a rushed project that was made in 2 months. If they do end up having a remake, I\'m sure it\'ll look much better...erm...less "evil".

How has his hair been toned down? There\'s far more spikes in it now than there used to be. Would you prefer it to be superglued together into 4 or 5 spikes?

Would you prefer that he look like one of these?







Or how about super defmored Cloud, without hands or feet? *tried to find a picture but failed*

If you think they fucked him up, then you\'re crazy. His hair is just as spikey, if not more so, he has the same sweater (only it looks better - no more turtle neck) and his face is far better structured (no more pointy nose, but less pointy face), just a bit more detailed. This is Cloud, and this is how he would have looked had the PSX had far more power than it did. It\'s the same Cloud, just far more detailed.

Just get over it you bunch of fucking homos.

yea of course the characters will look odd to you

if you wanted them to make ffvii movie out of the cg from the original game but its 2005 and graphics have vastly improved

the reason that Tifa may resemble Rinoa is because FFVIII had realistic look while FFVII didnt hence the reason its easier to make comparison, really its not like you could see detail of tifa beyond eye/hair color/skin and stuff
