lol, glad I updated just a week ago or so.

Got this copy back when I was a broke-azz college kid. Now I can afford it, or just wait for another work around.

at the update screen (this screen)

before clicking on either Express or Custom. Put this code

javascript:void(window.g_sDisableWGACheck=\'all\')

In the URL bar, hit enter then choose which ever u want... Simple and easy.

make sure your on IE

and don\'t have http:// in it

i just noticed too.. make sure java script is javascript without a space. The code input on the forums added a space to it.

How hard do you think it will be when Longhorn comes out? I keep hearing Intel is making software authentication into it\'s next big chip, which sounds scary.

I read that Longhorn has it name change to Vista and I think its in beta testing right now. If my memory serve me correctly, it should be out like in spring next year or something.
