Got 311\'s new album today, saw Best Buy had this free Sin City comic if you bought the DVD.  I\'m broke as shiz right now so I\'m going to follow in gman\'s footsteps and restart my netflix account.

SC & Kung Fu Hustle are first on my list. :)

Jesus, Mike. You gotta see it. Probably the best movie so far this year.

I\'ll wait for the Special Edition myself, though.

JBean, I don\'t think you\'ll go ape over it, it\'s VERY different from their other stuff.  Definitely not my favorite album, but 311 is getting older so their music is changing.

Don\'t expect to hear much hard rock or funk, but more mellowy, sweet sounding melodies with some catchy choruses.  Compared to what else it out there, it\'s still different and doesn\'t sound mainstream at all, but SA is doing some weird yelling thing with his voice that makes you wish for your favorite rock-out funky band of the 90s.

I got 4 pit tix to the DC show, can\'t wait. :)

oh yea and Sin City is out on DVD now (sorry).

Actually, that\'d go to \'The Devils Rejects\' or \'Batman Begins\', but Sin City was still damn good.

Not for awhile, I\'d imagine. HD movie\'s have been delayed till later next year due to lack of hardware. I remember when Batman Begins was scheduled to be WB\'s first HD title.

I completley missed anything about this movie- is it actually good, because it looked pretty badass, and I\'ve been thinking of getting it.

If I heard right, wasnt it based on a comic book- or is that another upcoming film?
