Damn how did I miss the new game from the team that made ICO?Add that one too in my list

Btw the info in the PSM magazine are sweet if true. But isnt it strange that we didnt hear similar statements from non-Playstation magazines?
I am not taking these statements for granted until I see developers saying the same things somewhere else

Why is everyone so excited about the team who made ICO? It was an average game and their new game doesn\'t seem like it will get exactly rave reviews. One game does not make a developer worth notin\'.

Ico\'s one of the best games ever made. It\'s seems really simple and basic with the old save the princess and escape the castle theme, but all aspects of the game work together flawlessly ; it has a fantastic synthesis of subtle gameplay and story synthesis.

Imo, Ico is the only game on earth which transcends \'games\' ; it\'s better as a modern work of art than alot of self proclaimed art.

Also, I\'m looking forward to F1 racing on PS3. Atm I\'m playing F1 2005 on PS2 and it\'s very very nice. Alot better than EA\'s long gone F1 crap.

There are others here that would disagree with you. I think the game is a cult classic.

Cult classic means nothing. It does not warrant such excitement from people. I mean, one game does not make a developer a proven developer. Let this next game come out, get rave reviews and then, only then will they be something to be impressed with.

There have been many games that didn\'t get "rave reviews" that I enjoyed thoroughly. A game doesn\'t have to be on the top ten list for people to enjoy the hell out of it.

So what\'s your point then ? Ico the game itself or the developer team who made it ?

anyway, Ico got great reviews and it\'s a great game with extremely balanced gameplay. It\'s just that the Hollywood action game fans or retro elitists didn\'t pick it up en masse

Btw: I think today is the first day of this year\'s TGS.It would be a better indication of how XBOX360 and PS3 compare unlike E3 since its 360 is nearing completion now and developers are working on final kits.

It could be it was a game with average gameplay, but great artistic design.

No, that\'s where Ico seperates itself from all the window dressing art games. The Ico level design is a superb kinetic puzzle which works flawlessly together with the controls/ moves of the character (which are 3D movements btw, not animated XYZ moves on a virtual horizontal plane). (c\'mon dude, read the friggin\'  hundreds of reviews and see the many raves about Ico\'s gameplay\'s what makes it shine)

If you wanna go insisting it\'s not great , go ahead, and enjoy your games which you find great which i might find mediocre or crap.

Who is this anamoly we call Jumpman? How is he able to do what he does and still survive after years of torment? It seems he feeds on the hate, growing with an intense passion to put unassuming members in their place.

I never played Ico, but I am looking forward to Shadow of the Colossus.

It\'s different and the demo was fun. Not sure how an entire game of it would be, but I\'m compelled to see what happens when I kill those giant things.
